The President and Chief Investment Officer is Douglas Cannon, whose investment career spans four decades. He served as a Senior Staff Member in the Reagan White House and held several senior management positions in the Reagan and Bush administrations. Governor Rick Perry appointed him to Chair the Investment Advisory Committee of the $18 Billion Texas Permanent School Fund from 2002-2004. A native Texan, he holds a BS/BBA from Wharton and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
